Exchange Policy
- Every ModernU accessory is made with great care and attention, and your satisfaction means the world to us! Exchanges are only possible in cases where the item is damaged, or you’ve received an incorrect product. Please inform us within 3 days of delivery if you'd like to request an exchange.
- To proceed, kindly record a 360-degree unboxing video without any cuts the moment you receive your parcel. Claims without this video will not be accepted. Share the video with us on Instagram for further assistance.
- ⚠️ Please avoid using scissors or sharp objects while opening the package. Any damage caused during unboxing will not be covered.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
- If eligible, we will arrange for the item to be picked up within 3 days, and once received, your replacement will be dispatched promptly.
